1. Experience more effective communications for RFQs
When you create and publish a project as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to your current and potential new suppliers, the entire project is sent out as a detailed email. You can choose whether to attach accompanying files, require a login for more security, or even mandate a signed NDA or ITAR registration for maximum security.
Suppliers can now easily respond by hitting "reply" and attaching their quote, which will automatically flow back into Sustainment. You’ll also receive the response in your email inbox. It’s that easy!
2. Use email to respond within Sustainment on-the-go
This now works both ways! When a supplier sends a message to you, you'll also receive it as an email. And if you are out to lunch, picking up your kids, or on a motorcycle ride, you can reply to the message quickly – and it will automatically flow back into Sustainment.
When you get back to your desk all your messages will be right where you'd expect them.
