At the end of last year, we added important features to help supply chain and sourcing leaders manage projects after being awarded to a vendor.


In our latest release, buyers can award businesses and upload a purchase order to share with their suppliers. After suppliers acknowledge the purchase order, they can provide essential information like quoted delivery date, price, terms and conditions, and other contract-specific elements.

From there, communication on a project's progress becomes part of the project conversation because the platform logs all updates.

For example, you can upload revised purchase orders. And any new information, like an updated delivery date, can be noted and acknowledged.

Our goal with this latest product release is to keep you and your suppliers on the same page.

The purchase order management functionality helps avoid costly miscommunication during production, along with managing the lifecycle of every purchase order until the job shows up on your dock.

Supplier Analytics Enhanced

Now that purchase orders are part of the mix, tracking delivery and revision of purchase orders is part of buyers' visibility into their supplier network. More detailed data means a clearer picture of where your supplier network is today, allowing you to work toward getting it where it should be.
